What Does PD (pupil distance) mean?
A: It is the distance from one pupil to the other. You can get your PD from the last place you ordered glasses.

What is the difference between Grey #1, Grey #2, and Grey #3?
A: Grey #1 is very light, barely noticeable- there is a jump to grey #2 which is a sunshade that you can still see your eye through and grey #3 is a sunshade that you can not see your eye through.

How do I know if my prescription will fit in the style I like?
A: We provide prescription limitations with all our styles. We also are available to call and we will ask your prescription, PD, face, shape, general size, and sport to ensure a good fit.

What happens if I am not happy with my glasses?
A: We provide a satisfaction guarantee that states if you get your glasses and you have problems with fit, style, or prescription we will remake them one time for no charge unless there is an upgrade in frame or lens. In this case you would pay only the difference. If all else fails and we cannot find the style that is right for you we will refund all but a restocking fee of $30.

Do you offer a warranty?
A: We have a one year warranty on the frames. Your prescription lenses are not covered under a warranty.

What is the difference between regular polarized lenses and fisherman lenses?
A.Regular polarized lenses will cut out glare in bright light but are not effective in overcast conditions.Fisherman lenses are polarized lenses that change color from copper color in bright light to yellow in overcast conditions allowing you to see beneath the water in any light conditions.These lenses also are activated behind the windshield making them unique and functional in any situation.They also are 100% UV protected.

What about bifocals or progressive lenses (e.g. Varilux?)?
A: We are proud to offer Lined Bifocals! Progressive no-line Bifocals are available with a select few models. We have several different options available. Please email us for more information!
