spent the last 11 years perfecting the science of fitting a wrap
sunglass or goggle using our proprietary method of grinding an 8 to 10
base lens in a specific manner. The perfection of this technique
enables us to offer the following satisfaction guarantee: (A word of
caution: It has come to our attention that other internet vendors are
offering similar prescription programs with a proviso of "all sales are
final". If for some reason you wish to purchase from another optician
please make sure that they are opticians and that they offer a
satisfaction guarantee, if you are unable to achieve perfect visual
acuity. Check to see if their satisfaction policy includes prescription
because everybody offers a return guarantee on non-prescription orders.)
Our Policy
1. Should you experience a bad frame fit or suffer
from wrap distortion, or poly non adapt, please contact us within 2
weeks of receipt of your product, and we will remake one more time at
'no charge' for equal or lesser value into something more suitable or
if all else fails there will be a $30.00 restocking fee. however, with
our highly trained and skilled opticians this is a rare event.
2. All our prescription lenses are of
the highest quality and have a full one year warranty against scratches
or coating defects.
3. We offer the same full "one year warranty" on all our frames for any manufacturing defects that may occur.
4. Our non prescription warranty
offers a 100% full refund if returned within two weeks in perfect
condition together with the original box return policy.

carries advertised on the web at a lower price than Sportrx's price
then you can take advantage of our low price guarantee in one of two
ways [please note that they have to also offer a satisfaction guarantee
for prescription eyewear similar to ours

available, there is always the possibility that the wearer may sustain
an eye or facial injury due to severe impact or because of the nature
of the athletic activity. If the eye protector incurs a severe impact
or is neglected or misused, the degree of eye protection provided may
be reduced. In any case, the frame must be replaced. Failure to do so
may result in permanent eye injury.
